Where and when is the wedding taking place?
The celebration will be held in Lima, Peru on December 13, 2025.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be indoors, and the reception will be outdoors under a beautiful tent—perfect for Lima's gorgeous summer weather!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by September 15th so we can get an accurate headcount for our vendors!If you need more time, just send us a quick message and we'll mark you down as a "maybe" for now.
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
There will be transportation provided between venues and back to the hotel neighborhood. We're currently finalizing the logistics and will share more details as soon as we have them. -
Can I bring a +1?
We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if it’s your significant other.

Are Kids welcome?
We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the weekend. We hope you can treat it as a little getaway!

What about accommodations?
We’ll share a list of recommended hotels in the Miraflores tourist neighborhood. We are working on a special group rate at some hotels.What’s the best way to get to Lima?
Fly into Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM). American Airlines, Delta, United, Copa, and LATAM are common airlines that fly from the US to Lima.
How do I get around Lima and Peru? Lima has uber and rides are generally very affordable. It’s a good idea to keep a few Soles in your pocket in case you need to take a taxi. To get around Peru you can fly or take a bus between cities depending on distance. If going to Cusco you will want to fly.
What do I need to know about money?
Many places take credit card but it is a good idea to have soles, especially if you travel to other peruvian regions. You can exchange dollars to Peruvian soles at the airport or around Lima. you can withdraw soles from ATMs. Look for Global Net.Do I need a visa to travel to Peru?
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days—just bring your passport, valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.Is it safe to travel to Lima?
Yes!—especially in the areas where you'll be staying and celebrating.Lima is a big city (over 11 million people), so just take the usual travel precautions: avoid flashing valuables, stick to well-lit areas, use registered taxis or rideshare apps like Uber or Cabify, and of course be vigilant late at night. Overall Peru is a safe country, especially in the areas that tourists frequent.
Is the water safe to drink? No, bottled and potted water must be drank.

What should I wear?
We’d love for our wedding to be a night of elegance and celebration.Ladies: Please wear your most beautiful floor-length gown — think glamorous, graceful, and ready for a night on the dance floor.
Gentlemen: You’re welcome to wear a tuxedo, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly fine too.
Our ceremony will take place in a church and the reception will follow in an villa with a tented area and dance floor, so dress to impress, but most importantly, wear something comfortable enough to dance the night away!

What will the weather be like?
December marks the beginning of summer in Lima! Being a coastal city, Lima enjoys a mild and pleasant summer climate with generally excellent weather. Expect:Warm days: ~24 °C / 75 °F
Cooler evenings: ~18 °C / 64 °F
Feels-like temperatures typically between 21–23 °C (70–73 °F) due to humidity
Gentle ocean breezes that keep the air fresh and comfortable
Overall, the weather is mild and inviting — perfect for enjoying outdoor activities without feeling too hot or sticky.
What if I have dietary restrictions?

What can I do while I’m in Lima?
So much! From ceviche and sunsets in Miraflores to historic landmarks in downtown Lima, this city has it all.Any recommendations for extending our trip?
Peru is full of incredible places worth exploring before or after the wedding. Here are some top recommendations:Cusco & Machu Picchu: A must-see! Explore the Sacred Valley, then visit Machu Picchu. (Be sure to book your trains and entrance tickets in advance!)
Arequipa: Known as the “White City,” Arequipa is full of colonial charm, amazing food, and access to Colca Canyon — one of the world’s deepest canyons.
Huacachina: A real-life desert oasis surrounded by giant sand dunes. Go dune buggying, sandboarding, and enjoy the sunset with a pisco sour in hand.
Amazon jungle adventures:
Iquitos – A gateway to the Amazon River, reachable only by plane or boat. Great for jungle lodges and river cruises.
Reserva Nacional del Manu – A UNESCO Biosphere Reserve known for rich biodiversity. Ideal for nature lovers who want to see wildlife and lush rainforest.
